Eryka Charles is the founder and Principal Consultant of HEKIMA Consulting, a boutique marketing technology and strategy firm built on a simple belief: that businesses deserve more than a vendor. They deserve a true strategic partner.
With over 21 years of experience at the intersection of marketing, technology, and enterprise transformation, Eryka has spent her career helping organizations turn complex challenges into scalable, measurable results. She brings executive-level strategic thinking together with deep hands-on technical expertise, giving clients the rare combination of someone who can lead the boardroom conversation and then roll up her sleeves to get it done.
Before founding HEKIMA, Eryka served as Senior Managing Director and Global Practice Lead for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementations at Monks, where she scaled the delivery practice from a regional U.S. team into a worldwide organization.
Her career spans senior leadership roles across consulting, technology, and business development, including building technical support teams and driving growth in complex, relationship-driven environments. That background gives her a rare vantage point: she understands how organizational leaders think, how teams evaluate and adopt technology, and how to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. That cross-functional fluency allows HEKIMA to deliver strategies that get implemented, adopted, and used across healthcare, finance, education, and beyond.
